# Land NFTs

Buy land in the Metaverse!

There will be three types of land NFTs available:

* Player-owned homes<br>
* [Player-owned businesses](/anime-universe/gameplay-mechanics/player-owned-business.md)<br>
* Guilds (You won't need this NFT to form a guild, but you will need it for a base.)

You will not need to hold an [Adventurer NFT](/anime-universe/revenue-and-nfts/adventurer-nfts.md) to utilize a land NFT. However, Adventurer NFT holders will be able to snag land NFTs for places inside city walls before everyone else.\
