# Solana-Based Token

As we all know, the SEC is currently evaluating NFT projects that include some form of a crypto token. For this reason, we should wait to see what they decide to make sure that we're following the appropriate regulations.

We're not too worried because the main issue brought up so far was the lack of some form of utility for the tokens, and our project's token will have an abundance of utility as listed throughout this Litepaper.
